Accountability is important, Without accountability you don't have incentives. There is not much to fear in terms of failures, and so people should take on a lot more accountability than they do.

I believe in development, but that does not mean I prefer not to learn dsa. All I hate is employers should not judge candidates based on JUST dsa. I have seen many of them who knows dsa and not development, this has created significant gap between they are not able to build stuff on job.
